Antecedents for Cyberloafing â A Literature Review
The private use of the Internet via desktop and smartphones during working time, also known as cyberloafing, has become a common practice at many workplaces. While critical voices expect performance losses through such behavior, their opponents perceive of the interruptions created by cyberloafing as an opportunity to recover and continue working with increased productivity afterwards. Given the growing body of research on Internet-related employeesâ opportunism, this paper presents a systematic literature review of 69 studies to identify the factors behind cyberloafing. The classification includes personality traits as well as antecedents related to the job, organization and personal life. The paper concludes with a clear picture of the kind of circumstances which tend to increase cyberloafing and which factors statistically do not seem to have any impact on the abuse of Internet during working time
Barrierefrei hilft allen
(Le rapport est publié en allemand, avec résumé en français, en italien et en anglais.)People affected by poverty often lack information as to whom they can turn to with their concerns. Access to carefully compiled information is an important prerequisite for enabling people to improve their own situation.
With this in mind, the present research project surveys the digital information services, databases, advice services and self-help groups that are currently available to individuals affected by poverty in Switzerland. It furthermore proposes a concept for the structure of an online platform designed with this specific target group in mind.

Understanding Storytelling in the Context of Information Systems
Storytelling has been used for a long time as a powerful communication tool. In the time of digital transformation storytelling is rediscovered on online platforms for e-commerce or crowdfunding projects. Digital storytelling is also increasingly used in the social media context, including online blogs, on Twitter or in the form of online reviews of services and products. Across all these digital settings, storytelling is used in order to transport a complex content more vividly to the audience and to ensure that the audience remembers the content as long as possible. In these digital forms of storytelling, textual description is frequently supplemented by digital elements like video, pictures or hypertexts. Recognizing importance of these developments, in this paper we provide an overview of existing studies on storytelling with a particular focus on information systems settings
